SHIP Cheat Sheet Packet Updated with 2025 Part A and B Costs

The SHIP Cheat Sheet Packet (P-03179a) now includes Original Medicare cost sharing amounts for 2025.

The packet will continue to be updated as 2025 cost and coverage information becomes available.
