October Workshops Available to Meet your Training Needs!
As part of the Division’s commitment to Collaboration, Innovation, and Quality, the WI Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training (UWO CCDET) would like to help you meet your training needs this fall!
Workshops for Administrators, Managers, Supervisors, Trainers & HR Professionals
CCDET-led workshops are for staff in DQA-regulated settings who are responsible for carrying out state and federal requirements. To help keep these virtual workshops affordable and accessible, they are partially subsidized by DQA.

In-person Workshop

October 30 – Challenging Behavioral Specialist Train-the-Trainer at the UWO Culver Family Welcome Center
- This 6-hour in-person course trains qualified individuals to train their own audiences using the Challenging Behavioral Specialist training materials.
- This course was developed for and approved by DHS as part of the education resources found at the Wisconsin Dementia Care Project.
