New Wisconsin Immunization Information System (IIS) Survey

This message is being sent to WIR users.

The Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) has served Wisconsin for over 20 years. In order to continue to meet vaccination needs and to continue to implement current standards and technology, the Department of Public Health (DPH) is in the beginning phases of exploring options for a new Immunization Information System (IIS) that would replace the existing WIR.

The goal for this new IIS is a user-friendly and secure system that meets public and program needs. To help us understand what features and functions you or your organization would like to see in this new system, please complete the survey below. This survey will take less than five minutes to complete. Please complete by Friday, September 20, 2024. We value your input in this process.
