CLTS Program Waiver Basics Training has Moved
Effective April 1, the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Basics for support and services coordinators (SSCs) has moved to Cornerstone. Cornerstone is the Wisconsin Department of Health Services learning management system (LMS). The CLTS Waiver Basics training is required for SSC certification. The Children’s Long-Term Support: Waiver Basics Training for Support and Service Coordinators webpage has been updated to reflect this change.

How do I register?
If you have never registered for the LMS, follow the instructions for self-registration. If you have already registered, you do not need to register again. You can sign in using your email address and password.
