As part of the Division’s commitment to Collaboration, Innovation and Quality, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is hosting the quarterly Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Educational Forum on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, from 1-2 p.m. The OASIS Education Coordinator will address current OASIS topics relevant to home health providers.
