IMPORTANT NOTICE - Minimum Data Set (MDS) Update
The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) has been notified that MDS Section O0400D2 – Therapies must be completed to obtain a Health Insurance Prospective Payment System (HIPPS) code. Effective November 1, 2023, this information will be included in a production release of Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES).
Assessments with a target date that were submitted and accepted between October 1, and October 31, 2023, need to be modified after November 1, 2023, to include the O0400D2 data.
