What is ODHH Community Connect?
ODHH is hosting a series of informal meetings to share information, answer questions, and connect with our Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Each meeting will have a general theme, and we encourage you to bring your questions and comments to share.

What is the topic for the next meeting?
Join Douglas Baker and Steffanie Weil as they discuss Sorenson Communications, a global language services provider that utilizes patented technology and human-centric services to bridge the gap between signed and spoken languages through interpreting and captioning solutions. Doug will provide insights on Video Relay Service (VRS) by Sorenson, including the application process and what to anticipate when dialing 911. Additionally, he will offer valuable tips for callers to enhance connection and communication clarity. Steffanie will cover the eligibility requirements for CaptionCall by Sorenson, the application process, and information about mobile solutions and features available with the home phone device offering captioning services.
Are the meetings accessible?
Yes, the meetings are accessible. We will have interpreters and live captioning for all of our meetings.
