Residential Care Apartment Complex Webinar – April 11, 2023 - New Online Application via the e-Licensure System
The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) announces that online applications for Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCAC) will be accepted effective March 23, 2023.
RCAC applicants and interested individuals are invited to attend a webinar on April 11, 2023, New Online Application via the e-Licensure System, hosted by the Bureau of Assisted Living. During this time, BAL will provide an overview of the new e-Licensure program with instructions on how to navigate the system.
The e-Licensure system simplifies the application and payment processes. System highlights include:
- Ability to complete, sign and submit application online
- Convenience in submitting payment online using a credit card or e-Cheque via the US Bank secure site and receive an email confirmation
- Access to upload supporting documents
