449 applications requested over $86 million in grant funds

The application window for the Wisconsin Department of Health Service’s (DHS’s) second round of Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS) grants opportunity is closed. We are currently reviewing all submitted applications. There is currently no date set for the announcement of awardees. Updates on when to expect your award status will be sent to the same email address used in the grant application.

Over the last month, DHS received 449 applications requesting a total of more than $86 million in grant funding. Projects reflected a wide range of ways to positively impact Medicaid program members and participants, direct care workers, families of individuals receiving services, HCBS providers, and more.
