Immunization Policy and Procedure Manual Update
The Moderna (age 6 months to 5 years) and Pfizer (age 6 months to 4 years) COVID-19 vaccine sections have been updated and posted to SharePoint (PCA Portal). Once you are logged into SharePoint, navigate to the top ribbon, and select “Immunizations”, then look under “Immunization Documents” and select the “Immunization Policy and Procedure Manual.”
