Suspected Opioid Overdose Alert for Green County

We would like to notify you that the National Syndromic Surveillance Program, which tracks suspected opioid overdoses in emergency departments, has triggered an alert for your county.

The monitoring system currently operates on a weekly basis. Please see the alert and our frequently asked questions document for suggested action steps. In addition to notifying the professionals listed in the alert, we encourage all local health departments and tribal health centers to get the word out—through a press release, social media posts, or other communications—to your local communities.
