The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is hosting its fourth Minimum Data Set (MDS) 101, Session 4 Educational training on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, from 1-2 p.m. Session 4 will focus on “Care Area Triggers, Care Area Assessment and Care Planning”.
