Your order for COVID surplus items from DHS is being processed
Thank you for completing the Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ (DHS) statewide survey to request surplus supplies from the DHS warehouse. This message is to let you know that your order has been received, and we are currently processing your request.
DHS received nearly 1,600 responses, and we are pleased to share that we are able to fulfill your request, either partially or in full. With the large amount of requests being processed, DHS is unable to respond individually with order information at this time. Most of the deliveries will be shipped through FedEx, however, some larger items will be sent through our contracted transportation service. In these instances, a member of our team will contact you to arrange the delivery. We plan to begin shipping items over the next several weeks.
As a reminder, all supplies will be shipped at no cost. If you have general questions about this process, contact DHSStockpile@dhs.wisconsin.gov.
