Background
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is proud to announce the Routine Immunization Community Engagement Grant Program (RICE). This funding opportunity seeks to empower communities to overcome barriers and promote uptake of routine vaccinations, while reducing health disparities for pediatrics and adults.
There is one request for application (RFA) for this funding opportunity, and applicants will be able to select which population they will focus their efforts on, either pediatric or adult.
Funding
Up to $35,000 will be awarded to community organizations focusing on routine vaccine uptake for pediatrics.

Organizations can only apply for either the pediatric RFA or the adult RFA. Please clearly describe planned project activities and milestones for the specified age demographics.
Funding source
Funding for this grant program is provided through the Immunization Cooperative Agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
