Keep your Nurse Aide Licensing and Testing Information Up to Date
If you are training Certified Nurse Aides (CNA), verifying CNA certifications, or managing CNA renewals, it is important to have up-to-date contact information in the Wisconsin Test Master Universe (TMU), Wisconsin’s Nurse Aide Testing and Registry System.
TMU manages the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Testing and Registry system, and Headmaster hosts the Registry. The Registry provides information about state and federal eligibility as well as the Issue Date and Expiration Date of any certification. TMU also provides important communications.
If a new staff member is responsible for verifying work requests, you will need to change the contact information listed in TMU. There is only one set of TMU credentials assigned (login ID and email) to each facility. If you are preparing to change the contact person, the current contact person can update the contact information in TMU. You must obtain new credentials for the appropriate contact person at your facility.
Follow these steps to change your contact person:
- Log in to TMU.
- Select your username (upper right corner of screen).
- Select Profile
- Under Login Info, update the following:
o Username o Email o New Password o Confirm Password
- Under Contact, make any necessary updates.
- 6. Select Update.
If you are unable to log in to your TMU account, we can help. Please email DHSWIDQA_NATCEP@dhs.wisconsin.gov Include the name and email address of the person taking over work requests. We can help you gain access to your facility account.
