Next Stakeholder Call Scheduled for December 7

The next Wisconsin programs eligibility policy updates stakeholder call is scheduled for Wednesday, December 7 at noon.

Public Health Emergency Update

The federal government did not send states the anticipated 60-day notice of the end of the public health emergency for COVID-19, which is currently set to expire in January 2023. Because of the federal commitment to provide states with a 60-day notice before the end of the declaration, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services now anticipates that the emergency will be extended again in January 2023.

We plan to share further information about this extension during the upcoming December 7 stakeholder call.

FoodShare Emergency Allotment Update

November emergency allotments will be available to members on their QUEST cards on November 20.
