Registration is now available for the 22nd annual FOCUS conference for health care providers and Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) staff. The two-day in-person conference will take place at the Kalahari Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells on November 16 and 17, 2022. The FOCUS 2022 conference will consist of 48 presentations and 40 exhibitors over the two days, for the low price of $250.00 per attendee. We will be utilizing the mobile conference application Whova, which enables participants to access session handouts, engage in discussions and Q&As, and receive up-to-date event information.
The theme of the FOCUS 2022 Conference is, “Teach, Learn, Collaborate.” The conference will address a wide variety of health care related topics. Here are the keynotes from our excellent line up of presenters:
- November 16: Keynote, Jacob Weiss – Have a Ball with Growth Mindset: Re-imagine the Stories you Tell Yourself about What You Can or Can't Do
- November 17: Keynote, Alonzo Kelly – Creating a Culture of Belonging
- November 17: Plenary, Steve Bench – Attracting Tomorrow's Talent with Today's Leaders
The FOCUS conference is seeking Continuing Education certification approval from:
- National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS), National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB)
- National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Wisconsin Chapter
