CDC COVID-19 Public Health Workforce Development Supplemental Funding Progress and Budget Reports
As a condition of the CDC Crisis Response Cooperative Agreement: COVID-19 Public Health Workforce Supplemental Funding, all local and Tribal health departments must submit a budget and progress report by November 4, 2022. Reports are due via email and should not be uploaded to the Partner Communications and Alerting (PCA) Portal.
To complete the required documentation, the Office of Preparedness and Emergency Health Care (OPEHC) has created agency-specific reports based on the current agency approved budget. These templates will be emailed out individually to the agency's designated contact no later than October 12, 2022.
Detailed instructions will be provided with the reports; however, agencies can expect to complete the following.
- Detail the total spent to date by budget category.
- Review the current approved budget and indicate if changes are needed.
- Provide a detailed description of the work completed based on funds expended.
- Explain how remaining funding will be expended.
Again, agency specific progress and budget reports will be emailed out directly to the designated point of contact. Completed reports are due via email by November 4, 2022.
