Updates to the State Dementia Plan 2024-2028
Currently we are coordinating with partners across the state to update the State Dementia Plan for 2024-2028. Previously caregivers, advocacy groups, local agencies, elected officials, and providers from across the state joined in the development of the Wisconsin State Dementia Plan.
Together we helped fund support groups, expanded rural research hubs and access to memory screenings, designed dementia-friendly toolkits, and created the dementia care specialist program.
Working together we can build on these successes to support everyone affected by dementia!
