DHS 75 Provider Training: Certification and Conversion Process

DHS 75 Providers are invited to attend a live webinar with a question & answer session on August 31, 2022, 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. On October 1, 2022, revised Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 75 takes effect establishing minimum standards for substance use prevention, intervention, and treatment services. The Division of Quality Assurance, Behavioral Health Certification Section (BHCS) will provide information on new the requirements including:
- October 1, 2022 conversion
- Non-Expiring certificates effective October 1, 2022
- Adding and changing services
- Fees
- Waivers and variances
- Community-Based Residential Facilities
- Regulatory Enforcement for DHS 75
- Renewals

Questions DHS 75 Providers may submit questions to be addressed during the training by emailing to DHSDQAMentalHealthAODA@dhs.wisconsin.gov no later than 3 p.m. on Monday, August 29th, 2022.
Please use the Question & Answer (Q&A) feature within the Zoom meeting room to submit questions during the training. Questions related to funding should be submitted to the Wisconsin Division of Medicaid Services.
