Reassignment of Division of Quality Assurance Certification and Survey Responsibilities
Effective July 5, 2022, the Division of Quality Assurance reassigned certification and survey responsibilities for Adult Day Care Centers (ADCC) to the Bureau of Health Services (BHS). Certification and survey responsibilities were previously assigned to the Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL).
Additionally, the Behavioral Health Certification Section (BHCS) which oversees the certification and survey of mental health and community substance use services providers previously assigned to the Bureau of Health Services (BHS) is now reassigned to the Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL). These changes were made to align similar programs within the Division of Quality Assurance.
