Assisted living providers and stakeholders are invited to attend the Assisted Living Forum on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. The Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) will provide information on several topics, including regulatory updates, Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry updates, and additional information related to COVID-19.

Assisted living providers and stakeholders may submit questions to be addressed by emailing DHSDQABALCentral@dhs.wisconsin.gov no later than 3 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022.
Please use the question & answer (Q&A) feature within the Zoom meeting room to submit questions during the Forum. Questions related to funding should be submitted to the Managed Care Organizations or the Division of Medicaid Services.
