IMPORTANT: Revised DHS 75 Community Substance Use Service Standards – Effective October 1, 2022
Revised Wis. Admin. Code ch. DHS 75 was published October 25, 2021, and will go into effect October 1, 2022. The administrative rule establishes minimum standards for substance use prevention, intervention, and treatment services delivered across a variety of settings and levels of care.

The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) will send a letter to all DHS 75 Providers with detailed information about the following:
- Implementation of the revised rule
- Certification information for current providers including new certificates with revised services
- Conversion Table
- New services regulated for the first time under DHS 75 such as Office-Based Treatment Facilities
- Services that will no longer be regulated under DHS 75 such as DHS 75.05 Emergency Outpatient, DHS 75.06 Medically Managed Inpatient and DHS 75.08 Ambulatory Detoxification
- CBRF licensure with information regarding the effect of dropping licensure
