FoodShare Members Can Now Review QUEST Card Activity and Check Their Account Balance Using the MyACCESS Mobile App

Since 2018, people have been able to use their MyACCESS mobile app to get detailed information about the state benefit programs they are enrolled in.

Starting on February 26, 2022, MyACCESS will offer more features for FoodShare members that allow them to:

  • Check their current QUEST card balance.
  • Learn more about their next deposit.
  • Review their recent past activity.

Getting Started

Members can access this additional information by opening the MyACCESS app and clicking on the Wisconsin QUEST card link in the main menu.

Current Balance Information

The current balance for FoodShare members can be found near the top of most screens within the Wisconsin QUEST card dashboard.

Next Deposit Information

When information about a FoodShare member’s next deposit is known to us, it will now display on the main screen of the Your QUEST Card Activity dashboard within MyACCESS. The amount of the deposit, and date when a member will receive it will be shown.

Reviewing Past Activity

FoodShare members can now review up to 90 days of recent activity in MyACCESS, including transactions, credits, and deposits. New search functionality will allow members to review recent activity based on stores or activity type.
