COVID-19 Tools to Determine if Vaccine Requirements Apply
On December 28, 2021, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released QSO-22-07-ALL Guidance for the Interim Final Rule - Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID -19 Health Care Staff Vaccination, including attachments specific to provider types and certified suppliers, with additional guidance to be used in conjunction with the information in the memo.
This memo provides guidance for assessing and maintaining compliance with this new regulatory requirement for certain Medicare and Medicaid providers and suppliers.
