Wisconsin HAI Prevention Program Regional Infection Preventionists will present part one of a two-part series reviewing infection prevention best practices in the health care environment to mitigate transmission of COVID-19. They will also discuss gaps that have been observed during infection control assessment and response calls and site visits to facilities. Part one of their presentation will include a review of screening practices and personal protective equipment (PPE).

An overview of updated COVID-19 guidance will also be discussed.
