Chapter DHS 105.14 Provider Certification Adult Day Care Centers is published with an effective date of December 1, 2021. The new rule affects all Adult Day Care Centers (ADCC) certified by the State of Wisconsin.
Training: DQA staff will provide training for all ADCC providers regarding the new rule at the Bureau of Assisted Living Forum on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
