OASIS Educational Forum to be held Wednesday, October 20, at 1 p.m.
The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is hosting the quarterly Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Educational Forum on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 1- 2 p.m. The OASIS Education Coordinator will address current OASIS topics relevant to home health providers.
