New State Coordinator
Chelsey Myhre Foster has joined the Division of Care and Treatment Services as the new state coordinator for the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review program. She is part of a team of professionals who are committed to ensuring people who have a mental illness and/or intellectual disability receive appropriate placement in the community or a nursing facility.
