Public Health Reporting Requirements for At-Home COVID-19 Tests

DHS has issued DPH Numbered Memo BCD 2021-03 on public health reporting requirements for at-home COVID-19 tests. This memo includes information for health department personnel and health care providers on the different reporting requirements for laboratory-based testing, point-of-care testing, and at-home testing.
