Action Requested by June 1, 2021: Reminder to Complete the Medicaid Health Information Technology (IT) Survey
Recently, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) requested your participation in the Health Information Technology (IT) Landscape Assessment Survey. Your participation is incredibly important because the results will inform the health IT plan that DHS must produce, as required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to complete the Health IT Landscape Assessment Survey.
