Wisconsin COVID-19 Vaccine Registry Demonstration
Please join the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) COVID-19 vaccine registration team for a demonstration of the Wisconsin Vaccine Registry. The Vaccine Registry is a free technological solution for COVID-19 vaccine sites to manage registration, appointments, and COVID-19 vaccine inventory. It allows individuals who live, work, or study in Wisconsin to sign-up for local COVID-19 vaccine appointments through the Vaccine Registry at vaccinate.wi.gov. The Vaccine Registry is available for all vaccine providers to leverage free of cost.
Through this demonstration, DHS will provide a chance to see how the Vaccine Registry solution works and answer any questions you may have.
