Database Patching and Maintenance
The WIR Production region is scheduled for maintenance and will be unavailable Sunday, May 9, 2021, from 2:00 AM until 9:00 AM.
During this time, WIR will not be accessible. We are planning the work at this time so there is as little impact to our users as possible. However, it is important that you plan accordingly.
Guidance
- Ensure you have a method (i.e., paper) to capture client and immunization data, so you can enter/update WIR later.
- Prior to Sunday, for any clients who have an appointment before 9:00 a.m. look up their WIR record so you know their immunization status.
- If you are recording the immunization in your Electronic Health Record (EHR), which is interfacing to WIR, we highly recommend that you do any auditing processes that you currently have established. This includes a general spot check of client recordsto ensure your system did report the immunizations.
