OASIS Educational Forum to be held Thursday, May 6, at 3 p.m.
The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is hosting the quarterly Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Educational Forum on Thursday, May 6, from 3-4 p.m. The OASIS Education Coordinator will address current OASIS topics relevant to home health providers. We are seeking input from stakeholders on items to discuss or training needs your facility would like addressed; please send requests to Heather Newton by Friday, April 30, 2021.
