Assisted living providers and stakeholders are invited to attend our Assisted Living Forum.
During this time, Bureau of Assisted Living will provide answers to questions related to COVID-19 and assisted living facilities.

- If you have suggestions for revisions to the assisted living visitation guidance, please send those to DHSDQABALCentral@dhs.wisconsin.gov.
