New PDF Upload Option in MyACCESS Starting February 28

Starting February 28, 2021, MyACCESS mobile app users will have the option to submit proof or verification by uploading PDFs from their phone. This is in addition to being able to take or upload photos from their phone.

When users choose to submit a document, they will see a new screen asking how they would like to upload the document. If they choose the PDF option, they will be able to select a PDF from their device’s files. Users will be able to upload up to 10 PDFs per document submission as long as the total submission is under 10 MB.

This enhancement was prompted by user and partner feedback. We value the feedback we have received to date regarding the MyACCESS mobile app and look forward to implementing other suggested enhancements in the future so we can provide the best possible user experience.
