Skilled Nursing Facilities: Reminder to Attend Today's Webinar Regarding WisCaregiver Careers 2021 Relaunch

Does your skilled nursing facility need assistance in recruiting quality certified nurse aides? If so, WisCaregiver Careers can refer them directly to you.

To learn more about the WisCaregiver Careers Employer Consortium and how WisCaregiver Careers is relaunching for 2021, please plan to attend today's webinar from 1 to 2 p.m. Register now to attend.

After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. At the webinar, we will discuss employer roles and responsibilities, WisCaregiver Careers program enhancements for 2021, and collect your ideas on how we can improve the employer experience.

We look forward to seeing you there!

This webinar will be brought to you by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, the Wisconsin Health Care Association, and LeadingAge Wisconsin.

Highlights of the 2021 WisCaregiver Careers relaunch

  1. Creation of a "how-to" video to help skilled nursing facility staff navigate the program.
  2. Employment support case management for participating WisCaregivers through a partnership with the FoodShare Employment and Training program.
  3. New and improved WisCaregiver Careers videos and brochures to increase public awareness of the value of becoming a certified nurse aide and how the program works.

Note: The WisCaregiver Careers Employer Consortium is currently limited to skilled nursing facility employers due to limitations in our funding source. For more information, email Kate Battiato.
