Electronic Visit Verification Launch Date Set
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has set a new launch date for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). The soft launch date will be November 2, 2020. EVV will be required for all personal care and applicable supportive home care services paid for by Medicaid from this date.
DHS has also modified plans for EVV training. We will initially be conducting training through live webinars and on-demand recording only. We will add in-person trainings at a later date, if appropriate. Information on signing up for the trainings will be provided in late July. Trainings will start in mid-August.
