Greetings WEDSS users,

The WEDSS Help Call, on Monday, April 27, at 11 a.m., will begin with a demonstration of how to handle records in the Staging area and be followed by a few items related to COVID-19 case follow-up.

Add the Help Call for the fourth Monday of each month to your calendar

Please verify audio setup in advance 

Choose the "Enter as Guest" option and type in your name and the name of your agency. 

We will use computer speaker and microphone (VOIP) for all of our meetings. There is no phone option. If you haven't yet done so, please use the audio setup wizard in the meeting location at any time by selecting Meetings > Audio Setup Wizard. If you do not have a microphone and would like to comment or ask a question, you may type in the "Chat" area.
