Notice of Requirement for Digital Submission of Documents – effective April 14, 2020

In accordance with Governor Evers Emergency Order 22, the DHS Division of Quality Assurance, Office of Plan Review and Inspection (OPRI) will require all documents to be submitted electronically, effective April 14, 2020.

Although OPRI’s Milwaukee office remains closed, digital submission of documents will enable ongoing plan review services during the COVID-19 crisis and improve safety for clients and staff. Please send documents to DHSDQAPlanReview@dhs.wisconsin.gov.

Please note that payment for fees associated with plan reviews must still be sent to OPRI’s Milwaukee office, which is listed on the application. Plan submittals will be processed upon receipt; however, conditional approval will only be granted upon receipt of associated fees.

Inspection format and frequencies continue to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
