Updated Rate-Setting Publication
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has updated a document related to the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program Service Rates Initiative.
The CLTS Code Crosswalk, P-02283, has been updated to reflect termination of nursing services and personal care services as CLTS-covered services effective June 30, 2020. DMS Numbered Memo 2020-03, Coverage of Nursing Services and Personal Care Services Transitioning From the Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver Program to ForwardHealth, which provides an overview of this change, was released on April 2, 2020.
