ACCESS Website Getting New, More Modern Look February 1

On February 1, the ACCESS website is being updated to have a new, more modern look. This includes the home page, the header and footer, and certain BadgerCare Plus pages.

The ACCESS website can be used to apply for and manage programs, such as Wisconsin Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, and FoodShare, online.

Home Page and Header and Footer

The new home page will make it easier for users to navigate to the right place within ACCESS or to find other resources that may be available to them.

At this time, most ACCESS pages will continue to look and function the same as they do today. However, the header and footer on each ACCESS page will be updated to provide a consistent experience throughout the website.

Community Partner, Provider, and Employer  Log In

Community partners, providers, and employers who use the ACCESS website will now need to scroll down the home page to log into their specific areas of the website. They will not be able to log in using the log in link and button at the top of the page as those are intended to be used by members only.

BadgerCare Plus Health Survey and Adult Premiums Pages

09 - ACCESS BadgerCare Plus Health Survey Page

Certain ACCESS pages available to BadgerCare Plus applicants and members age 19 to 64 who do not have dependent children living in their home will match the more modern look of the new home page. These pages include the BadgerCare Plus Health Survey pages and the BadgerCare Plus adult premiums pages.

While not all ACCESS pages will be updated to begin with, these changes are a first step in making the ACCESS website more modern and easy to use.

Browser Compatibility

As a result of these updates, the browser compatibility requirements for the ACCESS website have changed. The ACCESS website will now work best in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and the latest version of Microsoft Edge. You may experience issues if you use Internet Explorer, Safari, or older versions of Microsoft Edge.
