IMPORTANT NOTICE: DQA Systems Outage Scheduled for January 11, 2020, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
This notice is to alert all Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) regulated health care facilities that DQA systems will be unavailable from 9 a.m.-2p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020.
Outages will affect the Misconduct Incident Reporting System, Entity Background Check System (not employee background checks processed through the Department of Justice) and the Bureau of Assisted Living e-License renewals.
DQA Regional Offices are aware of the scheduled outage and the delayed submission of reports as a result of the system being unavailable.
DQA systems are anticipated to become available again after 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020.
