You Are Invited to an EVV Forum on November 19

The Department of Health Services (DHS) invites you to its next public forum about electronic visit verification (EVV).

EVV will impact those providing and receiving personal care services through Medicaid. Please share this invite with anyone who may be interested:

  • Members of advocacy groups
  • Providers
  • Medicaid (ForwardHealth card) including Katie Beckett, BadgerCare Plus fee-for-service, and SSI HMO members
  • Family Care and Family Care Partnership members
  • IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) participants

DHS will share information and get feedback on our approach to the federally-mandated EVV requirements.

The forum will address Wisconsin’s EVV launch in 2020. It will also provide information about the training plan preceding the launch.

The forum will be held on November 19, 2019, 1:30–3:30 p.m.

The format will be similar to previous forums held in Stevens Point, Milwaukee, and Madison. It will include a presentation followed by a question and answer period.

The presentation will include new and updated information on the implementation timeline and trainings.
