Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry - TestMaster Universe (TMU): IMPORTANT NOTICE
This notice is to alert all Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) regulated health care facilities that Wisconsin’s online Nurse Aide Registry – TestMaster Universe (TMU) may have contained inaccuracies the morning of June 10, 2019, due to a server upgrade which occurred overnight. Although the system errors have now been corrected, any nurse aide or misconduct registry checks/verifications that were performed in TMU after Sunday June 9, 2019, 11 p.m., and prior to Monday June 10, 2019, 9:45 a.m., must be rechecked.
