Attention: Nursing Home Antibiotic Stewardship Team Members
Invitation to participate in a telephone survey regarding the use of antibiograms in nursing homes
Does your nursing home have an antibiogram? Researchers at the University of Wisconsin are looking to recruit individuals involved in their facility’s antibiotic stewardship activities to participate in a brief, 15-minute telephone survey to learn more about the use of antibiograms. Information gained from this research will be used to enhance the adoption of antibiograms in other facilities and the improvement of current antibiograms.

This project is funded by a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health, CDC Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Prevention and Control of Emerging Infectious Diseases.
