Watch Live: Opioids Workshop
Learn about medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder and how health care providers can support people in their journey to recovery. Health care providers who are using FDA-approved medications to treat opioid use disorder will discuss their experiences and how patients benefit from medication-assisted treatment. The focus of this discussion will be the steps prescribers need to take to obtain a waiver to provide buprenorphine. This event is part of Wisconsin's State Targeted Response to the Opioid Crisis funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
