Behavioral Health Certification Section Updates
The Behavioral Health Certification Section (BHCS) of the Division of Quality Assurance, Bureau of Health Services, has primary regulatory oversight of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Providers. Cindy
O'Connell has accepted the position of Section Chief for BHCS. Any correspondence previously provided to Cremear Mims or Mark Hale may be directed to Cindy.
