Introductory & Recruitment Webinar
Thursday September 14, 2017, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Learn about the innovative new grant available to Nursing Homes to encourage individuals to enter caregiver careers and expand the number of nurse aides available to work in nursing homes

Hear about the exciting Marketing and Recruitment plan that will emphasize the opportunity to start a career in caregiving and make a difference.

Find out how your facility can participate in the Program and help build a strong workforce.

Applications to participate in the WisCaregiver Career Program will be available at the Webinar on September 14th at 2:00 p.m.

Session Information:
All sessions will use https://connect.wisconsin.gov/wiscaregiver_career/ to participate. You will listen in through your computer speakers. The session will be recorded and you do not need to register for it. To participate on September 14th, access the meeting at: https://connect.wisconsin.gov/wiscaregiver_career/. Log in as a guest. Enter the name of your nursing home. Please don’t use “guest.”
Please test your connection in advance of the meeting by going to https://connect.wisconsin.gov/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm.
You will be prompted to install a plug-in to fully participate in the meeting. If you complete the test above, you’re OK. If not, contact your IT Department to make sure the firewall allows you access to this site. Your computer speaker sound must be in working order to hear and participate in the webinar.
