2017 Required VFC Provider Training:
On the May 2, 2017 webinar you received information that the 2017 required VFC training would be the viewing of two of the Centers for Disease and Prevention (CDC) modules of "You Call The Shots." The letter from Lynette Hanson , VFC Coordinator, explains the training. The instructions can be found here. Please read them completely so you print the required documents and submit for credit. Restitution Policy Reminder:
June 30 is the due date for the submission of your signed Restitution Policy. If you have not completed it, please be sure to
get that in before the due date. The restitution form can be found on our
website under "forms". https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/immunization/vfc.htm.

DATA LOGGER REMINDER:
It is now six months to launch of the requirement of every refrigerator and freezer unit must have a data logger. Min/max thermometers will no longer meet the requirement. If you need assistance or have questions please contact your Immunization Advisor.
